In-stock purchases processing time: All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times We ship worldwide from Poland. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- European Union: 5–10 business days
- Rest of the World: 7–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, not the date of order. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing in your country.
Customs, Duties and Taxes Do Dolls Dream is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at contact@dodollsdream.com with your order number and we will do our best to resolve the issue. In case your doll arrives damaged, please make sure to contact us within 14 days after receiving the package.
Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at contact@dodollsdream.com.
Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping details at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at contact@dodollsdream.com.
- Before Shipping: We will attempt to update the address, but changes are not guaranteed.
- After Shipping: Address modifications cannot be made once the package leaves our facility. Any intercept or rerouting fees charged by the carrier will be billed to the customer.
- Returned Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, insufficient details, or failure to claim, the customer must pay a reshipping fee to have the package mailed again. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
