When do you ship dolls?

I have a X months layaway. Can I pay it in full earlier?

Yes, you can pay layaway earlier. Shipping cost will be charged when your doll is ready.

What kind of wigs do your dolls wear?

I always put optimal wig sizes with head dimensions at the specific doll preorder page. Please always check them for the most up to date information. In general:

- Teacups (30 cm line), wigs size: 6-7 and 7-8, head circumference: 17,5 cm

- Petite Marionettes (40 cm line, discontinued),  wigs size: 6-7, head circumference: ~17cm

- Marionettes (50 cm line, discontinued), wigs size: 8-9, head circumference: ~22 cm

- Muse Marionettes (43 cm line), wigs size: 6-7, head circumference: ~17,2 cm

- Miss Marionettes (55 cm line), wigs size 7-8 (tight fit), 8-7 size, head circumference: ~21

I want to sell my layaway/preorder spot. Can I do that?

Unfortunately I can't accept selling layaways/preorder spots. Due to business running formalities (taxes etc.) it's very troublesome for me.

Can I change my shipping address?

Yes as long it's within the same country as the original one and the receiver remains the same.

When will be the next preorder for X doll?

Please follow my Instagram or sign up for newsletter to receive news about preorder and in-stock sales. I usually try my best to have a preorder for each line roughly once a year. I also encourage you to visit by shop to check available in-stock dolls <3.
