Welcome to the Do Dolls Dream FAQ. I hope this forever evolving page will answer any questions you might have about my dolls and orders. I will try to add new questions and answers often so please feel free to visit this page on a regular basis. 

When do you ship dolls?

In case of in-stock purchases I ship all dolls within a week of finalizing the purchase.

In case of preorders that time can vary significantly. Initially there’s an average 4-5 months production time. Then after I receive the resin casts it takes me from 4 to 8 weeks to check, prepare and pack all dolls. I always give priority to full payment orders, then layaways paid earlier and at last any remaining layaways when they are paid in full. Other than that I don’t give any special priorities.

I have a X months layaway. Can I pay it in full earlier?

Yes!

Can you show a doll with specific eyes?

I do my best to show my dolls with as many eye types. Please check my Instagram feed (@dodollsdream) – there’s a chance I made a photo with a combination of what you’d like to see.

I can also make a mock up 3D render for some doll + eye colors combinations. Send me a message!

What kind of wigs do your dolls wear?

I always put optimal wig sizes with head dimensions at the specific doll preorder page. Please always check them for most up to date information. In general:

– Teacups (30 cm line), wigs size: 6-7 and 7-8, head circumference: 17,5 cm

– Petite Marionettes (40 cm line),  wigs size: 6-7, head circumference: ~17cm

– Marionettes (50 cm line), wigs size: 8-9, head circumference: ~22 cm

I want to sell my layaway/preorder spot. Can I do that?

Unfortunately I can’t accept selling layaways/preorder spots. Due to business running formalities (taxes etc.) it’s very troublesome for me.

Can I change my shipping address?

Yes as long it’s within the same country as the original one.

When will be the next preorder for X doll?

I can’t give any specific dates but I try my best to have at least one preorder a year for every doll.

When shipping can you lower the value of the package?

I can’t do that! Sorry!
